Job Overview – A specialist who can fascinate people with their encyclopedic knowledge of motor vehicles. They also use innovative tools such as a tablet computer with digitalized software to configure models and explain vehicle functions directly supported by photos and video. Product Genius are specially trained to help customers get familiar with all aspects of vehicles –before, during, and after purchase.
Duties:
Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
Understanding all of the products and services offers by myTukar and bale to explain to customers confidently about the brand.
Able to convert the leads into a sale, work as specialist who can fascinate people with their encyclopedic knowledge of motor vehicles.
Product Genius are specially trained to help customers get familiar with all aspects of vehicles –before, during, and after purchase.
Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs. Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person.
Arranging test-drives and accompanying customers on these tests.
Negotiating the final price for the sale.
Selling accessories or other services once a vehicle has been chosen.
Completing the paperwork for each sale.
Helping to increase the customer database and prospecting potential sales.
Liaising with the service team to ensure sold cars are prepped to a high standard and are ready for delivery within the agreed timescale.
Ensure the cleanliness of the car and maintain the safety work space.
Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions
Professional appearance and attitude & excellent persuasive verbal communication skills
Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative.
Knowledge of automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of financing and basic mathematics skills
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
Must have clean driving and criminal records for employment.
Working 7 days a week. Off-days during weekdays.
Education level
Diploma OR Bachelor’s Degree in any of relevant field.
