myTukar Strengthens its Business & Regional Footprint via End-to-End Omni-channel Presence

Kuala Lumpur, 20 September 2022 – Malaysia’s fastest growing digital pre-owned car ecosystem, myTukar has opened three new showroom locations in Penang, Melaka and Johor, as part of their goal to strengthen its physical presence and capabilities across Malaysia. The new showrooms reflect myTukar’s commitment to give customers a top-notch, transparent, and trustworthy car-buying experience.

All three new showrooms are strategically located at high-traffic and OEM-centric areas in line with major automotive players, so customers can easily view the latest array of myTukar Certified cars. With a built-up area ranging from 4,000 sqft to 184,618 sqft, the new showrooms can accommodate up to 500 vehicles each and feature a wide range of cars.

Customers can also visit the showrooms for viewing, purchasing and financing services, as well as tap into after sales services (servicing, tinting, etc.). With these new showrooms, myTukar has a total of 30 outlets nationwide.

myTukar rebranded in early July to reflect its strengthened branding identity as part of the regional Carro network. As part of the CARRO group, myTukar is able to leverage Carro’s technological capabilities, business data intelligence and technical knowledge to deliver myTukar Certified Pre-Owned cars to customers in several key states through the new outlets.

To bolster a truly seamless car ownership process, myTukar has also introduced a fleet of flatbed trucks, which will directly deliver vehicles to the doorsteps of our customers’. This is a service provided as myTukar believes that a car purchase is a milestone and should be celebrated with a unique delivery experience.

Providing an end-to-end ecosystem to service the pre-owned car industry, all the vehicles are put through a stringent 160-point inspection and stringent refurbishment before it is presented and sold as a myTukar Certified car, ensuring that customers get a car that’s as good as new.
