National Carmakers Proton is giving away free fuel card to new car buyers, particularly e-hailing drivers. This is the local car company's latest promotion following post MCO or the CMCO. From now until the end of the year, customers who purchase a new Proton Persona, Iriz, Exo, Saga or X70 from authorized sales, are entitled to get a Petronas fuel gift card worth up to RM500 or rebate of the same value. In order to qualify, a customer must submit a copy of a valid PSV E- Hailing license as proof and register the vehicle as personal.
In addition to the fuel card, additional rebates are being offered on selected models, ranging from RM300 to RM1,500. If the intended new vehicle is used by another driver other than the e-hailing driver, a consent letter stating the purpose of the purchase has to be given to complete the new car purchase, along with ID and a PSV license copy.
