Malaysia is currently on MCO (Movement Order Control) with the Government’s mandate to extend it until 12 May. For the people, it is another quarantine period that they do not want. Instead of fuming about it, why not fantasize about what to do and where to go after the MCO is over.

Many Malaysians have admitted that they have taken their freedom for granted. After the MCO is over, they intend to make the most of everything after the MCO’s over.

Here are a few suggestions on things-to-do and places-to-go after the MCO. First up will be a trip to see a much-loved relative, followed by a bite to eat at a restaurant or café, a drink in the pub and a no-doubt urgent appointment at the hairdressers.

When it comes to attractions, the most popular destination is the Capital city, KLCC, KL Tower and Putrajaya, followed by the National Museum, Port Dickson, National Zoo and Klang, as well as popular States like Penang and Malacca. Some people are looking forward to visiting a beach. If that is not the case, the bird park and major parks in the Klang Valley are other places to go for many Malaysians. Majority of the people have testified that the government restrictions have made them appreciate the outdoors more. Many individuals had actually dreamt about what they’ll do when life gets back to normal.

The one important thing the folks in this country will do once the MCO is lifted is to visit loved ones, especially with the festive occasion just around the corner. The freedom to be able to just jump in the car and go for a drive is something that a lot of people are really missing. Just hang in there, there will be plenty of time to do the things we love again though once it’s safe to do so.

Although many people felt that the MCO is difficult, a majority felt that the quarantine is necessary. Plenty are looking forward to not having to worry about the 6-feet rule while shopping or walking about.

Going to work and Just drive

A percentage of people are excited about the prospect of commuting to work, a small number want to experience getting stuck in traffic again and are looking forward to shaking hands with someone. At the same time, people want to just jump into their cars and go for pleasure drives.

Here are the most desired places to visit after the MCO:

.KLCC

KL Tower

Pavilion KL

Golden Triangle

Putrajaya/Cyberjaya

Port Dickson

Klang

Natural Museum

National Zoo

One Utama shopping mall

National Arts gallery
