With the Automotive world back in business, Mazda Malaysia has announced resuming of operations from yesterday. The company will observe the necessary precautions or standard operating procedures set forth by the Malaysian Government to ensure the well being of customers and staff.
In addition, Mazda Malaysia introduced the special warranty and service extension for customers and the Contactless service. The contactless service works like this: When a customer requires service, a Mazda service representative will pick up the vehicle from the customer’s home. The contactless service is available with Collect & Deliver or Mobile service.
Mazda Collect & Deliver
Available at selected service centers via appointment. This service is available to Mazda owners within a radius of 10 kilometers from their pickup location.
Mazda mobile service
Mobile service is offered to a customer at doorstep. Customers are required to make an appointment and request for mobile service, if required. The mobile service has been available since 2017.
