Following the extension of the Movement Control Order (MCO) into Phase 4, Honda Malaysia has announced the start of operations for its after-sales services, starting 29 April.
With this announcement, Honda is taking all necessary precautions at its service centers nationwide to protect the safety and well-being of its valued customers and associates. The resumption of the aftersales services comes with the implementation of proactive precautionary measures in accordance with guidelines and regulations set by the ministry. The after sales operations will resume gradually according to areas and other regulatory requirements.
Customers can visit the dealerships with peace of mind, as frequent sanitization and disinfection are made a basic routine at the facilities.
In addition, Honda Malaysia is taking extra precautions to ensure the highest safety and good personal hygiene of its service advisors. Temperature checking will be implemented on employees and they are reminded to wash their hands regularly, and observe social distancing at all times. Hand sanitizing stations are set up for the convenience of service advisors and customers whereas some designated areas in the dealerships will be restricted or remain closed to ensure customers’ safety.
Honda is monitoring the development of the situation in the nation closely and working hard to ensure a safe environment even as it begins to provide its after-sales service.
