The Ferrari 812 GTS, one of the fastest Hypercars on the planet, has made its Southeast Asian and Malaysian debut, courtesy of Naza Italia.
The 812 GTS, available in two versions, breathes new life into the range, as the first of its kind in five decades. An impressive open-top version of the flagship 812 Superfast, it is a purebred performer that certainly upholds the shining legacy of its predecessors.
In looks, as the saying goes - the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Designed by Ferrari Styling Center and based on the 812 Superfast, the 812 GTS has a fastback mold, flourished by a two-box design and a high tail. Other highlights include draped flanks, sharp slanted crease lines, huge wheelarches and a rear diffuser with flap. On the spider version, the entire rear of the car has been redesigned to give it a purposeful look.
The hypercar is finished with model-specific multi-spoke forged wheels (diamond-finish, liquid silver and Grigio Scuro).
In the power department, the 812 GTS pumps 800 cv at 8500 rpm and 718 Nm of torque. Particular attention was paid to calibrating the settings to enhance the engine’s potential and the sensation of extreme power delivered by the car. The engine is paired to dual-clutch transmission with shortened gear ratios. What does this means, it means the GTS 812 does 0-100 km/h in under 3 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 8,3 seconds. It’s got a top speed of 340 km/h.
The Ferrari 812 GTS has a price tag of RM1,538,000. Call your Ferrari retailer for private view.
